**UPDATE: Detailed Directions to Hub House Here**
You are cordially invited to our “Macs, Musicians & Mojitos” Christmas & House warming party!
Hub House is a workspace for people in the technology & music industries and we’ve decided that although most of us are solo workers or in small start-ups, we all deserve a proper Christmas party too!
There will be a drinks reception with a complimentary glass of champagne, a chance to see the house and do some mixing and mingling. We’ll have some fun stuff going on too – there will be a live band playing on one floor, a few games on another… and we can’t promise the karaoke machine won’t make an appearance as the night goes on!
We’ll also be shooting a music video during the party and live streaming the band’s performance on the website… but more about that at the end of this post.
Sound Like Fun?
If you want to come along, or even just put your name down as a maybe visit the Facebook Event page and add your name to the list so that we can send you a reminder (and some detailed instructions on how to get here) closer to the date. It’ll also really help us gauge numbers.

Live Music Video
To add a twist to an already fun night, we will also be shooting a music video for the new Irish pop-rock band The Brilliant Things!
It will be shot downstairs, where the live music is playing, so anybody who comes on the night will have the chance to be in their next official video! It’s completely optional, of course, as the drinks reception will continue upstairs for everyone who doesn’t want to take part.
To get you in the mood, here’s a video of Greg from the band playing an iPhone solo live at Oxegen.
